Terms of Service for Using ilmulquran.com
Welcome to ilmulquran.com! By registering for Quran classes online with ilmulquran.com or enrolling your child as a student, you agree to adhere to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:
- Recording of Classes: We record all classes for quality assurance purposes. If you do not consent to class recordings, please inform us. This policy is also outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Payment and Fees:
- Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue with classes at ilmulquran.com.
- Monthly fees are due in advance on the last week of every month for the next month.
- Failure to pay fees on the due date may result in cessation (pause) of classes.
- Overdue Payments: ilmulquran.com reserves the right to stop classes if payments are overdue for more than 7 days without valid reason.
- Reservation of Slot: If you need to hold classes and intend to resume with the same teacher at the same time, a full fee per student will be charged for slot reservation.
- Leave Policy:
- Any leave is considered paid, and no make-up classes are provided.
- There are no make-up classes for more than 5 days of leave.
- Absences due to student-related issues may not be eligible for make-up classes.
- Make-Up Classes:
- Make-up classes can be arranged with prior notice, except in case of emergency.
- Make-up classes may be conducted with the same or another teacher based on availability.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class, inform your teacher on Skype or email at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up class.
- Absence Policy: ilmulquran.com reserves the right to cancel classes if a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, with no refunds provided.
- Privacy and Contact Information: Never share personal contact information with teachers. ilmulquran.com will not be held responsible for any misuse.
- Teacher Changes: ilmulquran.com reserves the right to change teachers for quality teaching purposes.
- Resignation/Termination: In case of a teacher’s resignation or termination, students will be provided with a new Quran teacher, and students are advised not to stay in touch with former teachers.
- Fee Increase: ilmulquran.com reserves the right to increase fees by approximately 6-7% annually at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
- Confidentiality: Do not discuss payments or contact details with teachers. ilmulquran.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such discussions.
- Fee Variations: ilmulquran.com fees may vary according to current policies and Terms of Service.
- Eid Holidays: Eid holidays are included in monthly fees, and no make-up classes or refunds are provided for teacher holidays.
- Revisions: ilmulquran.com may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any time, with updates posted on our website.
- Applicability: These Terms of Service and Conditions apply to all students.
